Cape May Bakers is a family owned and operated by Michael and Lynnda Riederer . Michael established the business in 1979, just prior to his graduation from Penn State University. He studied with an accomplished baker in Pennsylvania and then opened Cape May Bakers, overseeing all production and sales continuously since the conception of the business.
Lynnda joined Cape May Bakers after the couple was married in 1983. She is a life-long resident of Cape May and a graduate of Rowan University.
As a family operated business Michael and Lynnda are on-site everyday preparing all items with the freshest, finest ingredients. This diligent attention to detail has helped Cape May Bakes to be successful for over three decades.
